WellReporter · RRC Compliance Engine

Texas RRC compliance, from the Commission's records.

Enter an operator's P-5 number. WellReporter reads the organization record, permits, wellbores, UIC and H-10, severances, inspections and production from the RRC public queries, builds the compliance calendar, and prepares Form PR EDI and the operator's RRC reports. Pulls are kept in your workspace when you are signed in.

P-5

Type a P-5 number or an operator name and pick from the RRC matches.

Sources: RRC Online Research Queries (EWA), the H-10 Filing System, the Oil & Gas Completions query, the RRC Online Inspection Lookup, Commission open-meeting agendas and the RRC public GIS. Data is as current as the RRC's own refresh.
Process

How it works

One P-5 number. WellReporter queries each RRC application for that operator, in 15 to 60 seconds depending on the operator's size, and turns the results into a dated list of obligations and the reports that satisfy them.

01

Find the operator

Search by name or P-5 number. Active organizations are listed first.

02

Run the pull

Choose the sections and the production window. The console shows each RRC application as it is queried.

03

Read the ledger

Obligations by priority (OVERDUE, CRITICAL, DUE SOON, UPCOMING), each with the RRC record it was computed from. Download as CSV or JSON.

04

File

Generate the Form PR EDI file or an RRC report, complete the fields the public record does not carry, and file through RRC Online or LoneSTAR.
